PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SUBMISSION OF A 2026 BERGEN COUNTY TRUST FUND GRANT APPLICATION
Application of the Borough of Maywood for Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development grant funding for 2026.
TAKE NOTICE: that the Borough of Maywood will hold a Public Hearing on submitting the following application to the 2026 funding round of the Bergen County Trust Fund Municipal Program for Park Development:
• Memorial Park, Block 24, Lot 10, Grant Avenue, Maywood, NJ 07607
• The Borough of Maywood proposes to upgrade access to the park from the Spring Valley Road frontage associated parking lot. The proposed improvements include adding ADA ramps/access, concrete walkways, topsoil, seeding, and irrigation improvements. The B0rough intends to mitigate existing erosion at this area, improve aesthetics, and improve the accessibility.

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 203 ENTITLED “WATER”
OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK REGARDING CERTAIN FEES CHARGED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF SADDLE BROOK,COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Township of Saddle Brook recognize the need to amend the Chapter 203 of the Township Ordinance as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 203 entitled “Water”, Section 203-1 “Schedule ofRates and Charges the Saddle BrookCode be and is hereby amended so as to add a new Subsection “E” for the required fees associated for water meters.

SECTION 3.
The terms of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable; should any part, portion or provision hereof be declared invalid or unconstitutional, said finding shall not affect any other part, portion or provision thereof. SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication according to law.
